WHAT TO EXPECT AND IS BUNGEE FITNESS RIGHT FOR YOU?
Flying High Sling Bungee Fitness is an innovative, exciting, and fun new concept in the fitness industry. Plyometrics, also know as jump training - muscles exert maximum force in short intervals to increase both speed and power. Low-impact plyometrics, Aerobic Cardio, and Resistance offers clients maximum benefits without the pain and all the FUN! Clients can expect to burn an average of 350-800 calories in one workout! This low impact, high intensity form of exercise is great for most, but what you should you expect and is this exercise right for you?
Is This Right For You?
If you suffer from any ailments, please talk to a physician before starting any new type of fitness or exercise program. Some restrictions specific to Bungee Fitness includes pregnancy, any recent surgeries, weight of less than 90 lbs and a weight of greater than 250 lbs. Participants must be at least 16 years old. Participants under the age of 18 year old must be accompanied by an adult

REQUIREMENTS & WHAT TO WEAR
While bungee fitness reduces impact by up to 70 percent, we still offer high energy. If you struggle to do one burpee unassisted, or have any difficulty staying active for more than three minutes at a time, you may find this workout challenging.
Plan on arriving 15 minutes early! Each client will need to complete a waiver and health questionnaire. Each client is the privately weighed and each station is customized for each individual. We provide all equipment needed for workout. Be sure to eat a couple hours before class and empty your bladder before you come ( or when you arrive). You will want to wear tight legging, high-impact sports bra, and good lace up workout shoes. If you are worried about sensitivity from the harness, wearing shorts on top of leggings will provide additional layers. We also provide additional foam padding for optimal comfort.
Prepare to get sweaty! Bring a water bottle and a sweat towel. Don’t be late!! The doors lock at class time. Once the instructor is in her harness, she will not be able to stop the warm-up to check in late arrivals.
